How to use

1. 1. Add 180ml/6 fl oz of warm(40-45℃/104-113℉) water and INSTANT DRY YEAST in the mixing bowl.
2. 2. Mix well with the mixing paddle.
3. 3. Add the whole bag of the DRY INGRDIENTS and mix gently for 5-10 minutes to make the dough.
4. 4. Coat your palm with cooking oil.
5. 5. Take 1/8 of the dough and spread it on your palm.
6. 6. Place a spoonful of the JAM MIX in the center and roll into a ball.
7. 7. Coat the pre-heated frying pan with cooking oil. (Pre-heat the frying pan over low heat.)
8. 8. Fry the dough with the folded top down over low heat until golden brown.
9. 9. Flip the pancakes and flatten with the spatula.
10. 10. Fry for 1-2 minutes and flip again.
11. 11. Fry for additional 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
    

**For Reheating : Microwave cold pancakes for 30 seconds to make them soft and warm.
