PROCESSING TIME

 

Our warehouse processes and ships orders within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Any orders made over the weekend or on holidays are sent out the following business day. *Depending on shipping options, estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout accordingly.


NOTE: If you want to change your shipping address information, please contact support@coreelle.com as soon as possible. *If your ordered product is already in delivery service, it is impossible to change your shipping address.

 

PO boxes will no longer be available for shipping

 

Coréelle is, unfortunately, unable to ship to PO boxes in all countries and regions, as our partnered courier companies, FedEx and UPS only deliver to valid street addresses. We apologize in advance for any inconveniences this may cause.

If you have entered a PO box as your shipping address, the package will be returned to the warehouse. If this occurs, please refer to the options below for how to move forward with your order.


- You may cancel the original order, and place a new one (*With a valid street address)


- You can request a refund (*The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund)

 

POSSIBLE DELAYS/ FAILED DELIVERY

 

Due to COVID-19, international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays from the original delivery estimated time. *All Coréelle products / packages are shipped directly from South Korea.

 

CUSTOMS & TAX

 

Please note, some countries may restrict the import of cosmetics depending on their policies. Any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, depending on the Customs & Tax policy, additional taxes and fees may occur. Please contact customs in advance to ensure a safe and quick shipping process. and check your local customs policy for more information.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

 

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Simply email us at support@coreelle.com with your request, and we will provide a return shipping label for you to use. Your payment will be refunded minus the cost of original shipping fees on the return shipping confirmation. Coréelle will only be responsible for the delivery charge if products are missing, damaged, or incorrect. “Specific Promotions” and ‘Gifts’ are not eligible for refunds or exchange. (Please check with support@coreelle.com for promotion information) Please allow between 7-14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement as times vary between credit card companies.

 

International Shipping

 

Note that orders are often passed to and delivered by your country’s local post office. Please be aware that depending on your country, you may have to pay additional import duties or customs when you receive your shipment. We do not have control over these charges. These fees are set by national governments and are the responsibility of the buyer.
