Products

Are all of your products really from Korea?
All Coréelle products come to our US warehouses directly from Korea. The team works directly with the brands, and never from third parties. We work hard to ensure we only feature products of the highest quality.

Is the date on my product an expiration date or manufactured date?
All of our products are marked with a manufactured on date. Korean cosmetics products typically print the manufactured on date as opposed to the expiry date. Most products typically have a shelf life of 2-3 years. If you have any questions, please contact us at support@coreelle.com and we’ll be happy to help out.

Can you give me some advice on which products are the best fit for me?
Of course! We’d love to help you out with any questions you might have and provide any information you might need. Send us an email at support@coreelle.com and we’ll get you sorted out.

In what order should I use my treatment (serum) products?
The general rule of thumb is to layer your treatment products by from thinnest to thickest consistency. So apply lightweight / watery products first.

How should I add new products to my skincare routine?
When you are adding a new product to your routine, it is important to perform a small spot check first. Especially if they contain new ingredients to make sure it doesn’t irritate the skin. From there you can slowly begin adding it to your routine. If it’s a daily product, use it a few times a week before moving on to daily use. It’s also best to never add multiple products at the same time.
