A Sweet Korean Pancake Mix that allows you to make Korean pancakes (hotteok) quickly and easily at home!

About Usage Ingredients

- This is an easy to make mix for you to create one of the most popular Korean street foods at home.

- Hotteok (호떡) is a popular Korean street food during the winter months that is crispy on the outside and has a ooey-gooey filling.

- This product consists of a mix of dry ingredients, yeast, and roasted peanut filling to yield 8 pieces.

- All you need is warm water (180ml), cooking oil, a bowl, and a frying pan to enjoy this popular street food in the comforts of your own home.

1. Add 180ml/6 fl oz of warm(40-45℃/104-113℉) water and INSTANT DRY YEAST in the mixing bowl.
2. Mix well with the mixing paddle.
3. Add the whole bag of the DRY INGRDIENTS and mix gently for 5-10 minutes to make the dough.
4. Coat your palm with cooking oil.
5. Take 1/8 of the dough and spread it on your palm.
6. Place a spoonful of the JAM MIX in the center and roll into a ball.
7. Coat the pre-heated frying pan with cooking oil. (Pre-heat the frying pan over low heat.)
8. Fry the dough with the folded top down over low heat until golden brown.
9. Flip the pancakes and flatten with the spatula.
10. Fry for 1-2 minutes and flip again.
11. Fry for additional 1-2 minutes and enjoy.

**For Reheating : Microwave cold pancakes for 30 seconds to make them soft and warm.
