- Hotteok (호떡) is a popular Korean street food during the winter months that is crispy on the outside and has a ooey-gooey filling.
- This product consists of a mix of dry ingredients, yeast, and roasted peanut filling to yield 8 pieces.
- All you need is warm water (180ml), cooking oil, a bowl, and a frying pan to enjoy this popular street food in the comforts of your own home.
- 1. Add 180ml/6 fl oz of warm(40-45℃/104-113℉) water and INSTANT DRY YEAST in the mixing bowl.

2. Mix well with the mixing paddle.

3. Add the whole bag of the DRY INGRDIENTS and mix gently for 5-10 minutes to make the dough.

4. Coat your palm with cooking oil.
- 5. Take 1/8 of the dough and spread it on your palm.
- 6. Place a spoonful of the JAM MIX in the center and roll into a ball.
- 7. Coat the pre-heated frying pan with cooking oil. (Pre-heat the frying pan over low heat.)
- 8. Fry the dough with the folded top down over low heat until golden brown.
- 9. Flip the pancakes and flatten with the spatula.
- 10. Fry for 1-2 minutes and flip again.
- 11. Fry for additional 1-2 minutes and enjoy.
**For Reheating : Microwave cold pancakes for 30 seconds to make them soft and warm.
