Ordering and Shipping

1. Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship all orders from Korea to the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Albania, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam

We offer free shipping on orders over $70 in Australia and New Zealand. Its price heavily depends on the delivery/shipping rates of the courier company. We politely ask for your understanding on this matter.
Standard Day Shipping (Orders under $70) $9.65 USD Coréelle offers 9~20 days as our standard shipping option on all orders. However, due to delays related to high demand and COVID-19, Coréelle orders may experience delays. Standard shipping is FREE on orders $70 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed. For merchandise orders totaling less than $70, there is a delivery charge of $9.65 for Standard shipping.
International Priority (3~7 business days) $19.65 USD We also offer international priority mail via DHL for our customers worldwide. Selecting this shipping method will allow for your package to arrive in just 3-7 days.
3 .How do I track my parcel?
1) Via Email When an order is shipped out, an automated email that contains tracking details is sent to the customer. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 days after the order has been placed.

2) On Website Go to ‘My Account’ page, and click the text ‘Click Here’ in the [Track Your Order] menu. *Order No. & Email Required
4. Why does it take so long to get my package?
We are shipping from the Mecca of Beauty, Seoul! Your products from Coréelle are directly from the heart of K-Beauty. We understand how excited you may be to receive your package; however it may take about 21 business days for your package to travel the distance and get to you. (We offer express shipping as well, which will allow you to meet your new products in about 7days!) Although it takes a while to reach you, please be patient with us as we are based in the epicenter of K-Beauty.
5. Will I have to pay Customs & Taxes on my shipment?
Please note, some countries may restrict the import of cosmetics due to their policies. Any problems that may occur are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, depending on the Customs & Tax policy, additional taxes and fees may arise. Please contact your country’s customs office and check your customs policy in advance to ensure a quick, safe shipping process.
6. Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?
If a customer refuses a package due to customs issues, including the refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for providing a refund or reshipment of the refused package whatsoever.
7. What happens If my order can't be delivered and is returned to Coréelle?
All shipments returned to Coréelle are categorized as “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include incorrect/insufficient shipping address, failed delivery attempts (absence of the recipient or unclaimed shipments).

When we are informed by the shipping courier that your shipment is "undeliverable" due to the reasons stated above, we will notify you via email to arrange/reschedule your delivery. In the case you want a refund, simply refuse the package and your payment will be refunded, minus the cost of original shipping fees on the return shipping confirmation.
8. How do I cancel my order?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policies before requesting a cancellation of your order. (You may read the stated policies here: Link) Products must be returned in its original new, unused condition.

Coréelle monitors return transactions for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Coréelle in all instances. Refersion Affiliate Rewards and Coréelle points spent associated with all refunds will be cancelled when the refund transaction is processed.
9. How can I edit my shipping information?
Once the payment is accepted, and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped out. This means there is only a very small window of time when we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping. We are unable to make any changes when you r order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse.

Please email us at support@coreelle.com or reach us through our chatbot as soon as possible with your order number and the email address used for your order when you need to cancel or edit your shipping information.
10. I received missing/damaged items. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us at support@coreelle.com with an image of the damaged items and the external box with the shipping label. The shipping label must be clearly visible in the image for the purpose of validity and consideration. All returns and refunds are subject to the validation and approval at the discretion of Coréelle and has the right to reject any request for change without prior notice to the customer.

1. Why are the instructions in Korean?
All of our products are authentic and made by trusted suppliers here in Korea. Even though the instructions you received are in Korean, you can always visit the product detail page for product information and instructions in English on our site. We have customers from all over the world, and cannot provide product labels and instructions in every language. If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us at support@coreelle.com.
2. Do you have a loyalty program?

1. How can I find the product I am looking for?
Use the comprehensive magnifier icon at the top right corner of our webpage to find the exact product you need or search for results that meet your criteria. You can also enter a product name or a partial description of the product.
2. How can I find a particular brand?
The most effective way to find your favorite brands is to use our complete list of brands. The complete list of brands is located at the top of our webpage. By clicking on "Brands”, located at the top of the web page, you should be able to see a complete list of Coréelle brands, from A-Z.
3. How can I find information on the products?
You can find the benefits, instructions on how to use, ingredients on each product’s respective product page. Click the "Description" and "How to Use" tabs to get more information on the products of your interest.
4. Where can I find the complete list of product ingredients?
To view the ingredients of a particular product, click "Ingredients" below the product details and click the tab marked "View All" to see the complete list of ingredients.
5. How can I change the currency of the products?
The prices of all the products are shown in USD by default. You can adjust the currency of the product price to AUD, EUR, CAD, GBP, PHP or SGD by scrolling to the bottom of our website and clicking on the dropdown menu that shows the currency it is set to. From there, you can select the currency you would like to view the prices in.

Skin Concerns

1. Are your products safe for pregnant women?
Our skin and hair care products for topical usage are generally deemed to be completely safe for usage during pregnancy, postpartum period, and nursing.

For further assurance, we recommend talking to your physician regarding your questions on the safety of specific products.
2. What should I use for my acne?
If you are concerned about your acne, you are not alone! It is estimated that 681.2 million people are affected by acne across the globe. Coréelle wants to help the world experience the clear skin everyone dreams of, and we do our best to curate products that will help you!

Some ingredients that you might want to look out for that helps with acne are cica (centella asiatica) and tea tree, amongst others.

3. What should I use for my eczema?
Dry, itchy skin is a common symptom of eczema (Atopic Dermatitis). Although cosmetic products cannot cure eczema, it can help keep your skin hydrated and soothe side effects such as irritation.

Look out for ingredients such as Hyaluronic acid, Ceramides and Fatty acids. Check out our curation page with products that hydrate dry skin here.

We also suggest our vegan products which will cause lesser irritation, such as House of Dohwa, Chasin Rabbits, LUOES and Bonajour.

As a rule of thumb, we advise that you consult your dermatologist on the matter and talking to them about specific products that you have questions about before using them.
4. What should I use to get rid of blackheads?
Blackheads can be tricky and take time and care to manage. That doesn’t mean they are impossible to handle!

Look for ingredients such as salicylic acid and retinoids, and also for exfoliants. Check out our curation page for oily skin types. Balancing oil levels and melting sebum are two important steps!

5. What should I use for hyperpigmentation?
Hyperpigmentation occurs when parts of the skin appear darker compared to the rest of the skin. It can be caused by many factors, such as sun exposure and dermal trauma. Overproduction of melanin, creates unwanted colored spots on the skin. Although they do not usually pose any harmful threats, it can be annoying to have these unwanted blemishes.

We recommend products with retinol, vitamins B, C, E, niacinamide, aloe vera and green tea extracts.

2. Are your products cruelty-free?
The products that are cruelty-free have a sticker like the one below: This sticker can be found on the product page for all of our cruelty-free products to indicate that there were no furry friends harmed in the making of the product.
3. Are your products vegan?
The products that are vegan have a seal like the one below, on the product detail page: This seal is on the thumbnail for all of our vegan certified products to ensure you that it is made with clean, plant-based ingredients only.
