We offer free shipping on orders over $70 in Australia and New Zealand.
Its price heavily depends on the delivery/shipping rates of the courier company. We politely ask for your understanding on this matter.
|Standard Day Shipping (Orders under $70)
||Coréelle offers 9~20 days as our standard shipping option on all orders.
However, due to delays related to high demand and COVID-19, Coréelle orders may experience delays.
Standard shipping is FREE on orders $70 and over (excluding taxes) – no promotion code needed.
For merchandise orders totaling less than $70, there is a delivery charge of $9.65 for Standard shipping.

||We also offer international priority mail via DHL for our customers worldwide.
Selecting this shipping method will allow for your package to arrive in just 3-7 days.
3 .How do I track my parcel?
1) Via Email
When an order is shipped out, an automated email that contains tracking details is sent to the customer.
The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. Most of our
orders are shipped within 1-3 days after the order has been placed.
2) On Website
Go to ‘My Account’ page, and click the text ‘Click Here’ in the [Track Your Order] menu.

4. Why does it take so long to get my package?
We are shipping from the Mecca of Beauty, Seoul! Your products from Coréelle are directly from the heart of K-Beauty.
We understand how excited you may be to receive your package; however it may take about 21 business days for your package
to travel the distance and get to you. (We offer express shipping as well, which will allow you to meet your new products
in about 7days!) Although it takes a while to reach you, please be patient with us as we are based in the epicenter of K-Beauty.
5. Will I have to pay Customs & Taxes on my shipment?
Please note, some countries may restrict the import of cosmetics due to their policies. Any problems that may occur
are the responsibility of the recipient. Therefore, depending on the Customs & Tax policy, additional taxes and fees may arise.
Please contact your country’s customs office and check your customs policy in advance to ensure a quick, safe shipping process.
6. Will I receive a refund if I refuse the shipment when it is delivered to me?
If a customer refuses a package due to customs issues, including the refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide
requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for providing a refund or reshipment of the refused package whatsoever.
7. What happens If my order can't be delivered and is returned to Coréelle?
All shipments returned to Coréelle are categorized as “undeliverable”. Reasons for undeliverable shipments include
incorrect/insufficient shipping address, failed delivery attempts (absence of the recipient or unclaimed shipments).
When we are informed by the shipping courier that your shipment is "undeliverable" due to the reasons stated above,
we will notify you via email to arrange/reschedule your delivery. In the case you want a refund, simply refuse the package and your
payment will be refunded, minus the cost of original shipping fees on the return shipping confirmation.
8. How do I cancel my order?
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please review our return,
refund, and exchange policies before requesting a cancellation of your order. (You may read the stated policies here: Link)
Products must be returned in its original new, unused condition.
Coréelle monitors return transactions for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at Coréelle in all instances.
Refersion Affiliate Rewards and Coréelle points spent associated with all refunds will be cancelled when the refund transaction is processed.
9. How can I edit my shipping information?
Once the payment is accepted, and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in process to be shipped out. This means there is only a very small window
of time when we can “catch” your order before it is physically picked, packed and set aside for shipping. We are unable to make any changes when you
r order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or reach us through our chatbot as soon as possible with your order number and the email address used for your
order when you need to cancel or edit your shipping information.
10. I received missing/damaged items. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us at email@example.com with an image of the damaged items and the external box with
the shipping label. The shipping label must be clearly visible in the image for the purpose of validity and consideration. All returns and refunds are
subject to the validation and approval at the discretion of Coréelle and has the right to reject any request for change without prior notice to the customer.
